So I just made these potato chip cookies and they were a disappointment, to say the least. I mean you’d probably enjoy them if you like sable-type cookies (a little dry, crumble in your mouth, butter-based & no egg) but for a chewy oatmeal cookie buff like myself, these just don’t cut the mustard.

Luckily (and unfortunately) I made only half the recipe, so now I just have to find someone to pawn off the 36 cookies that came out of this little experiment.
