For all of y’all who are located in the lovely city of Toronto (or thereabouts), I’m doing my first show!

It’s on June 1st, and located right beside the Bathurst subway station. There are going to be a multitude of other artists & makers there… for a sneak peak of what’s going to be featured, check out this lovely lookbook that one of the show organizers put together :)

There will be some free art workshops, raffles, and a cocktail after-party so swing by for some awesome!

Just watched this on etsy and had to share. I love paper & I love letterpress, and it would break my heart to see shops like these go… But at some point in time, the little demand that exists may be an indicator that it’s time to pack up. Maybe there’s a way to combine what these shops do with some form of modern techniques that more consumers are after?

Tomorrow, I will be investing in a Canon Rebel XSi and I’m superly duperly excited! I tested out my friend’s camera (same model), and took the photos above… which I must say are a vast improvement over the old ones.

Looks like my project over the next two weeks are to improve all my photos (let’s be honest, some of them really need it). So excited!

Man: I never filled out an application.

Meet Rudi Saldia and his cat MJ. This awesome pair of pals enjoys nothing more than cycling around Philadelphia together with MJ happily riding on Rudi’s shoulders. Rudi films their bike rides with his HD HERO2 GoPro camera and, we’d be remiss not to mention, sports a rather dashing mustache.

Last year Rudi posted a video of himself and MJ entitled My Cat Can Ride A Bike Better Than You Can. Click here to watch even more videos of Rudi and MJ.
